This was my first purchase from RC Auto I bought a 2020 used Ram 1500 Bighorn. I was very pleased with the price I was given and the whole experience. Rich and Shawn were the dealers I dealt with and they were great. Rich is actually the owner. I bought it on a Friday and had a fog light burn out that weekend. Shawn called me the following Monday to ask how the truck was doing and I said it was great and mentioned the fog lamp and he told me to bring it back down and they fixed it very quickly and had me out of there. I highly recommend this dealer. I’m a local guy and I’m always hearing good things about RC both the service dept and the price that ppl get on their vehicles.

Called Friday about getting a new mirror for my car. They found one and had it in on Saturday morning. They got it installed for me that day. Color matched perfectly and did not need paint. They dont do autobody, but accomodated me on replacing the mirror.

I needed a vehicle that was newer and more reliable for me and my family. I searched online at vehicles nearby and seen a Chevy traverse at RC that I absolutely fell in love with. I call the dealership. It was very easy getting in to test drive it. I loved it even more after the test drive! The dealership was pretty busy getting people vehicles. I don't think a person left without a vehicle. It was very easy getting approved. NO MONEY DOWN was my favorite part lol.
Service team went above and beyond when attending to my truck. My experience when purchasing the truck was great the whole team was knowledgeable and friendly! When I took it in for the oil change the service team really went above regular customer service and very knowledgeable and honest (which is hard to find) did everything they could to help me out. I would recommend the service center for all vehicle maintenance needs and RC Chrysler Dodge jeep Ram team if ur looking for new vehicle!!
